- Choose what you take part in (role) and give your size.
- Answer the weekly question (does this training fit, or suggest another day?).
- On race day: live map + predicted passing + "where do I stand".
- Team board: upload photos/videos yourself.

Do I need to create an account?
No — you just open your personal link. No account, no password.
Can the athlete see my location?
No; the circle page doesn't share your location with the athlete. Only the athlete shares (if they switch it on) where they are.
