My Team
Manage your team: who takes part, who belongs where, who may follow you live — plus a shared board and cheer gear.
What you can do
- Member list, name-first and collapsible per person (click expands the details).
- Three separate things:
- Their role — what they do for you; they choose that themselves via their link.
- Your placing — inner or outer circle; that's your call.
- Your access — what they see live: nothing / race day / inner.
- Invite someone: create a personal link (no account, no password) and send it from your own mail/WhatsApp. Revoke any link on its own.
- Team board: your circle uploads photos/videos from the day; you moderate.
- Cheer gear: open "View ▾" → pick a theme colour for the whole set → set quantities per item (with a real supporter-shirt photo) → see the order list (colour · items · subtotal · shipping · VAT · total · "Order via Mollie").
How
Invite people with "Create a link". Set each person's ring (inner/outer) and what they see live. For kit: open Cheer gear, pick colour + quantities, and the order list builds up.
FAQ
Do my supporters see my training data?
No — never heart rate, weight or training data; only (if you switch it on) where you are.
How do I invite someone?
Enter a name → "Create a link" → copy it and send via your own mail or WhatsApp. Club Sportivo sends nothing itself.
What's the difference between inner and outer circle?
That's your placing of people; it's separate from what they may see of you live.
When can I actually order the cheer gear?
Once our print partner sets prices; then the amounts + Mollie checkout switch on.
